Carpool etiquette keeps everyone moving on time.
- Contact your driver and fellow passengers at least 24 hours before travel to confirm arrival times and meeting points.
- Drivers are responsible for the rental car. No smoking, vaping, or unapproved upgrades.
- Passengers must contribute to fuel costs. Save receipts—drivers submit them, not passengers.
- Essential trips only: work site, airport, grocery, pharmacy, meals. Non-essential errands require rider-covered fuel and supervisor approval.
- If you are delayed, notify your driver and leadership immediately. After 30 minutes without contact, vehicles may depart with leadership approval.
Safety reminder: Wear seat belts, obey traffic laws, and respect quiet hours. Keep vehicles clean and avoid leaving valuables inside.
